Frequently Asked Questions
Contact supportHow does the 30-day free PRO promotion work?
Every new user who creates an account on Treino Certo IA during the campaign period automatically receives 30 days of full PRO access, completely free with no credit card required. Access is granted immediately upon account creation.
Do I need a credit card to get the 30 days free?
No! Activating your 30 free days of PRO requires no credit card and no payment information. Simply create your account with email or social sign-in and start training right away.
What happens when the 30 days end?
When the 30 days conclude, you will never be automatically charged. Your account safely reverts to the Free plan, keeping all your routines, weights, metrics, and workout logs safely stored in the cloud. You can choose to keep PRO features from $4.99/month, or continue training on the Free plan at zero cost.
I am an existing user, am I eligible for the 30 days free?
The 30-day free PRO promotion is an exclusive welcome benefit for new users registered during the campaign window. Existing users can take advantage of the standard 7-day free trial on monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions.
Will this promotion last forever?
No. This is a limited-time promotional campaign (valid for 3 months, ending on December 14, 2026). After the campaign concludes, new registrations will return to standard free trial offers.
When do the 30 days start counting?
The 30 days of free PRO access start counting from the exact moment your Treino Certo IA account is created.
If I sign up on the last day of the campaign, do I still get 30 days?
Yes! The campaign cutoff date is strictly the registration deadline. If you sign up on the final day of the campaign, you receive your full 30 days of PRO access from that date forward.
Can I use Treino Certo IA in a browser?
Yes. The web version works in a browser and uses the same account as the Android app. The Android app is available on Google Play; the iPhone app is still in preparation.
Can I access the same data in the app and browser?
Yes. Your account, progress, logs, weights, and personal records are securely saved and synced in the cloud. Access them in the Android app or web version with the same account; the iPhone app is still in preparation.
Is Treino Certo IA free?
Yes: Free includes unlimited basic tracking, 3 custom routines, 90-day history/charts, 1 AI redo / 30 days, week-only muscle balance, and ads on mobile. PRO unlocks unlimited history, month/year balance with comparison, readiness with % + ETA + detail, adaptive overload, warmup calculator, bilateral measurements, unlimited photos, and no ads.
How much is the PRO plan?
PRO starts at $4.99/month on the monthly plan. We also offer quarterly ($12.99), yearly ($39.99), and lifetime ($79.99 one-time payment). During the promotional campaign, new users receive 30 days of PRO free with no credit card required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. During the active campaign, every new user who creates an account receives 30 days of PRO free, taking precedence over the standard offer with no credit card required. Outside the campaign or for existing accounts, the standard trial is 7 days free on monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions. Lifetime has no trial — one-time payment.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime in one click via your account management settings or through Google Play if that is where you subscribed. You keep full PRO access until the end of your prepaid period with no hidden fees.
How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, use Restore purchases / Customer Center on offer screens or manage subscription. Sign in with the same store account used for the purchase.
Does PRO replace a personal trainer?
No. It is a plan + tracking tool with AI. It does not replace a healthcare or fitness professional — consult one for injuries or medical conditions.
Can I train at home or with no equipment?
Yes. In the training questionnaire, you choose your training location and available equipment (bodyweight, barbell, etc.). The exercise library filters by equipment and muscle group to match what you have.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → account deletion options, or via the public account-deletion page. You can also email privacidade@treinocertoia.com.
Where can I download the app?
The Android app is available on Google Play. If you use an iPhone, you can access the web version at app.treinocertoia.com or tap the App Store button to see your options until the iPhone app launches.
Is there any technical difference between training in the browser vs the native app?
Core workout tracking and planning features are already available in the browser: the AI prescription engine, live rest timer, set and rep tracking, progressive overload history, and 3D readiness. The Android app can also use operating-system features like push notifications and device haptics. Some browser features depend on the browser itself. The iPhone app is still in preparation. Your account, PRs, and workout logs stay securely preserved in the cloud.
